If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, unused Dotti products purchased from getdotti.com can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Please reach out to us at hello@getdotti.com with your order number to request a return. 

Dotti only accepts returns of product purchased from getdotti.com. All returns for orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to the original retailer of purchase.

Your refund will be issued once your returned item has been received in the original packaging in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note, Dotti does not cover the cost of returns.
