Dotti currently ships across the United States and Canada. Delivery time varies based on precise delivery zones. Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed for fulfillment same day. For orders placed after 2:00pm EST please allow for up to 24hrs for orders to be packed and processed before shipment.

Shipping Address Error or Order Corrections 
We strive to fulfill every order placed quickly and efficiently. As a result, if you notice a mistake with your shipping address or order quantity, we request that you contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help you, but if your order has already begun fulfillment, it may be out of our control to fix mistakes and the order will proceed as placed. Pre-Order Process 

If an item in your order is on pre-order, it will ship when available. It will be indicated on the product page if your item is a pre-order item. In stock items in the same order will ship immediately. Please contact us if you have any questions about pre-orders.  

 
Order Confirmation 

Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided. It will include your order number, billing and shipping address, style name(s) and quantities. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated. 
 

Shipping to P.O. boxes 
We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes.  
 
Imperfect Pieces 
If any of your products arrive damaged or defective, please email us at hello@getdotti.com within 2 weeks of delivery to request a replacement. Please include a picture and brief description of the damage/defect.
